^Acting Lieutenant Governor: May 25, 2017 – January 18, 2019
^In 2022, a ballot measure passed limiting the governor of North Dakota to two lifetime terms. However, Burgum's service prior to its passage is exempt.[3]
^In 2010, an amendment passed limiting members of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission to twelve years. However, Anthony's service prior to its passage is exempt, winning his first election under the new rules in 2012.[4]
