Deputy Foreign Secretary

The deputy secretary of state for foreign, commonwealth and development affairs, also known as deputy foreign secretary, is a senior^{[citation needed]} minister in the Government of the United Kingdom, with responsibility for the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, who deputises for the foreign secretary, a Great Office of State.^[1]
