Tad (Persian: طاد, also Romanized as Taad, Ţād, and Tād; also known as Yād)^[3] is a city in Pir Bakran District of Falavarjan County, Isfahan province, Iran.^[4]

At the 2006 census, its population was 3,671 in 993 households, when it was a village in Sohr va Firuzan Rural District.^[5] The following census in 2011 counted 3,777 people in 1,150 households.^[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 3,740 people in 1,171 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.^[2]

After the census, the village of Tad was elevated to the status of a city.^[4]
