Plot edit

Satya, a college student, discontinues his graduation in Vizag and arrives at Hyderabad in search of a job. He gets into a fight with MGM college students, who are influenced by political youth leader Durga Rao. Satya tries to change the students, but to no avail. Satya gets accidentally hit by the students and is admitted into the hospital.

When questioned by his uncle about his rude behavior with students, Satya reveals that he was a topper in school until the college environment made him as a stubborn guy. Satya's principal kept on advising him to change, but Satya ignored the advice. Satya befriended the principal's son Bujji, who later joined Satya's gang of friends. One day, Satya and his gang leave for a bike race and Bujji accompanied Satya on his bike.

However, Satya and Bujji suffered from an accident, which left Satya injured and Bujji's dead. This incident made Satya to change himself. After this revelation, Satya joins the college, after getting discharged from the hospital, to bring a change in behaviour of students. Satya finally brings a change in the students, where he also defeats Durga Rao. The students leave their violent behaviour and begin to live and study peacefully.

Idlebrain gave 2.75/5 stars and wrote, "On a whole Josh movie lacks the much needed Josh. We have to wait and see how people receive it. The narration and screenplay given by Vasu Varma diluted the main point".[3] Radhika Rajmani of Rediff gave 2/5 stars and wrote "Josh as such, does not have anything new about it. The theme has been touched upon before. The attraction now is Naga Chaitanya who has the movie on his shoulders."[4]
