Arbéost (French pronunciation: [aʁbeɔst]; Occitan: Arbiost) is a commune in the Hautes-Pyrénées department in southwestern France.

The temperatures are highest on average in August, at around 17.0 °C (62.6 °F), and lowest in January, at around 4.2 °C (39.6 °F).
