Trạng Quỳnh

Trạng Quỳnh (lit.'Zhuangyuan Quỳnh') was an official under the famous Vietnamese historical period of Emperor Lê - Trịnh Lord. His character may have inspired the 1930s Vietnamese cartoon satire of Xã Xệ and Lý Toét.
