The Philippines competed at the 2023 ASEAN Para Games in Phnom Penh, Cambodia which ran from 3 to 9 June 2023.

The delegation led by chef de mission Walter Torres[1] had 259 people – 174 of which are athletes who competed in 13 sports.[2]

Ariel Joseph Alegarbes of the Philippine Para Swimming Team served as the flagbearer for the opening ceremony.[3]

The Philippines finished fifth overall in the medal tally with 34 gold, 33 silver, and 50 bronze medals.[4]
