North Melbourne best and fairest (AFL Women's)
In the AFL Women's (AFLW), the North Melbourne best and fairest award is awarded to the best and fairest player at the North Melbourne Football Club during the home-and-away season. The award has been awarded annually since the club's inaugural season in the competition in 2019, and Jenna Bruton was the inaugural winner of the award.[1]

Former Golden Point and now North Melbourne footballer Jenna Bruton has won the club's inaugural Best and Fairest award in her first year with the club. Bruton finished with 107 votes, edging out last year's league best and fairest Emma Kearney (96) and utility player Kate Gillespie-Jones (90).

Riddell finished 11 votes ahead of dynamic mid-forward Jasmine Garner, with skipper Emma Kearney's strong season off half-back recognised with a third-place finish. Midfielders Jenna Bruton and young gun Mia King rounded out the top five.
