The film begins with justice-seeking ruffian Pardhasaradhi, a deity to the destitute. He is also a tough nut to deadly gangsters JB, Kondandapani, & Robert, who create jeopardy in the town. Besides, Sivaram Prasad, a tycoon, suffers from his disintegrated family, containing wife Rajyalakshmi, son Mohan, & daughters Rekha & Rani. Indeed, Mohan is under JB's usurp and geared towards his wealth. Being vexed, Sivaram walks to their village to acquaint his childhood mate, Raghavaiah, Pardhasaradhi’s father, who has ostracized his son.

Raghavaiah resides with his wife, Janaki & daughter Sumathi. Discerning Sumathi's immaculate heart, Sivaram declares to knit her with Mohan despite the denial of his men. Pardhasaradhi covertly attends the eve when a graceful dancer, Saroja's consort, is held. She is ecstatic to view Pardhasaradhi because of her endearment for him. Indeed, Saroja is from a courtesan family that maintains purity. Yet, her sly brother-in-law, Joga Rao, yearns to procure profit from her. Once, Pardhasaradhi guarded Saroja from the JB, and she adored him.

Currently, Sumathi sets foot into her in-laws' house, facing Mohan's detest and torments of Rajyalakshmi & her daughters. Mohan lusts on Saroja and tries to subdue her, but in vain. Parallelly, as a glimpse, Ganapati, Pardhasaradhi's bestie, lands in the city for livelihood, whom he shelters. Ganapati learns about his annulled infant's espousal with Sivaram's daughter, Rekha. So, he pledges & proceeds to retrieve his wife, which ends with comic incidents. Hereupon, Ganapati views Sumati's agony and notifies Pardhasaradhi. He misconstrues Saroja but later is mindful of her innocence. Hence, to secure Saroja from Mohan, Pardhasaradhi wedlocks her. After moving several steps, Ganapati mutates Rekha, and she accompanies him. Following this, bad blood arises in Sivaram's family when he dies, entrusting the totality to Sumathi.

Now, Pardhasaradhi continuously checks on JB & Gang, who onslaughts on him, but he kicks them out. Then, Saroja seeks the reason behind his furious shade, and he spins back. At one point, he endorses temple jewelry bestowed by his ancestors to conduct a marriage of a poor girl. Whereat, Raghavaiah apprehended him by the Police. After the release, Pardhasaradhi spots the inequalities & barbarities in the society, which molded him into a ruffian. Accordingly, he requests Saroja to quit, so she steps into her in-law's house. So, by capturing Joga Rao, JB ruses, artfully carries Saroja off, and informs Pardhasaradhi. The black guards incriminate him by slaughtering Joga Rao, and he must pay a life sentence. Knowing it, Janaki dies when Sumathi pleads to go. Exploiting it, Mohan takes the signature on property documents & divorce papers and expels her.

Meanwhile, Pardhasaradhi breaks the bars when Raghavaiah approaches for his aid, divulging the status quo. Thus, he moves on, but Mohan vilifies Sumathi, which causes a revolt. Consequently, JB & gang conspire to slay Pardhasaradhi by forging Mohan's remarriage. Upon which, they reorganize Saroja's consort, who extorts the double-cross of heels to wipe out Mohan, too. At last, Pardhasaradhi secures & reforms Mohan and surrenders, ceasing JB & gang. Finally, the movie ends happily with Pardhasaradhi acquitting a short-term penalty and the family reunion.
