Lutfullah Khairkhwa

Lutfullah Khairkhwa (Pashto: دوکتور لطف الله خیرخواه) is a politician in Afghanistan and a columnist.^[1][2] He is currently serving as Deputy Minister of Higher Education in Afghanistan.^[3][4][5]
