Countess Louise Isabelle was born as the only child of Burgrave Georg Wilhelm von Kirchberg, Count of Sayn-Hachenburg (1751-1777) and his wife, Princess Isabelle Auguste Reuss of Greiz (1752-1824).[1]

He married on 7 June 1840 Anna Ritter, Edle von Vallyemare (Vienna, 21 June 1802 - Paris, 17 June 1864), daughter of Joseph Edler von Vallyemare (1772-1832), widow of Johann Baptist Brunold, created Gräfin von Tiefenbach in 1840.
