Andrey Ivanovich Melensky (Russian: Андрей Иванович Меленский; 1766–1833) was a Russian Imperial Neoclassicalarchitect from Moscow[1] who was appointed the city architect of Kiev (now Kyiv, Ukraine) in 1799 and held the post for some thirty years.
