2001 San Jose State Spartans football team

The 2001 San Jose State Spartans football team represented San Jose State University as a member of the Western Athletic Conference (WAC) the 2001 NCAA Division I-A football season. Led by first-year head coach Fitz Hill, the Spartans compiled an overall record of 3–9 with a mark of 3–5 in conference play, tying for seventh place in the WAC.
