Tremezzina (Comasco: Tremezéna[tremeˈdzena]) is a comune in the province of Como, in Lombardy, that formed on 25 May 2014[1] from a merger of the comunes of Lenno, Mezzegra, Ossuccio and Tremezzo. The cost of a luxurious heritage villa with a view of Lake Como, considered one of the most beautiful areas in the world, is comparable to those in Monte Carlo. Most sales of villas exceeding 350 square meters with a historic park occur in the range of €35,000 to €40,000 per square meter.
