Spencer Speedway

Spencer Speedway is a 0.5-mile (0.80 km) flat asphalt oval located in Williamson, New York. The track was built by brothers Del, Walt and Merele Spencer, and opened in August 1955.[1] It was purchased by John White in 2005, who also owned the Chemung Speedrome. In 2018, Joe Scotnicki and the Race of Champions Tour acquired the track from White. As of the 2023 season, Race of Champions scheduled a six race set at the track for the Rochester Modified Series.[2]
