Sabrina Ebbersmeyer

Sabrina Ebbersmeyer is a German philosopher and Associate Professor of Philosophy at the University of Copenhagen. She is known for her work on the philosophy of the Renaissance and early modern period. She was president of the European Society for Early Modern Philosophy from 2019 until 2022.

Education and career edit

Ebbersmeyer has studied at University of Hildesheim, Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, and Technical University of Berlin, receiving with her Ph.D. in philosophy from Hildesheim University in 1999. As of 2014 she is an associate professor at the University of Copenhagen. From 2019 until 2022 Ebbersmeyer was the president of the European Society for Early Modern Philosophy.[1]
