Freeman trained at the East 15 Acting School. In addition to his work as an actor, Freeman appears with the London improvisational comedy group Shotgun Impro and is a resident MC at The Funny Side Comedy Clubs.[1]
On 22 November 2022, it was announced that he had been cast as Dot Cotton's great-nephew Reiss Colwell in EastEnders.[2] His first episode debuted on 12 December 2022.[3]
