Merck-Stadion am Böllenfalltor

Merck-Stadion am Böllenfalltor (German pronunciation: [ˈʃtaːdi̯ɔn ʔam ˈbœlnfaltoːɐ̯])[1] is a football stadium in Darmstadt, Germany sponsored by Merck. It is the home of SV Darmstadt 98 in the Bundesliga.[2] The stadium has a maximum capacity of 17,810 after the renovation work in 2023.[3]

In normal speech, /ən/ assimilates to non-syllabic (because of the preceding /l/) [n] and attaches to the previous syllable, so that it is pronounced monosyllabically [-ˈbœln-].
