Texas Health Huguley Hospital Fort Worth South is a non-profit hospital in Burleson, Texas that is part of a joint venture company created by Adventist Health System and Texas Health Resources.

Huguley is named after Herbert T. Huguley, a dentist and a real estate investor of Dallas, Texas who left his $6 million estate to the Seventh-day Adventist Church for the building of a hospital in honor of his parents.[2] On February 1977, Hugeley Memorial Medical Center opened,[2] it was one of the first hospitals in the United States to have all private rooms.[3]
In 2012, Adventist Health System and Texas Health Resources created a joint venture company that owns and operates the hospital.[2][4] On April 18, 2013, Huguley Memorial Medical Center changed its name to Texas Health Huguley Hospital Fort Worth South.[2][4] On May 16, 2014, the construction of a new $95 million square foot six story patient tower was started. It will have bigger spacious rooms with 136 beds, women's services department, medical and surgical floors, lobby and registration areas, an outpatient radiology center, gift shop and chapel.[3] In August 2016, the new patient tower was opened.[5]
On February 22, 2022, Texas Health Huguley Hospital Fort Worth South broke ground on a new a $75 million 116,000 square foot five-story patient tower. The tower will double the size of the emergency department. It will also have medical imaging and oncology treatment areas, a intensive care unit and a dining room. Construction will be completed in late 2023.[6]

- Mission: Lifeline (STEMI) Award - Texas Health Huguley Hospital Fort Worth South received the Mission: Lifeline (STEMI) Award from the American Heart Association in August 2020.[7]
- Pulmonary Care Excellence Award 2022 - Texas Health Huguley Hospital Fort Worth South received the Pulmonary Care Excellence Award from Healthgrades for its COPD and pneumonia care.[8]

- Overall Hospital Quality Star Rating - Texas Health Huguley Hospital Fort Worth South received the Over Hospital Quality Star Rating in spring of 2021, from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.[9]
- Gold Seal of Approval Accreditation - Texas Health Huguley Hospital Fort Worth South has received four Gold Seal of Approval Accreditations from the Joint Commission.[6]
