Hubert Wulfranc

Hubert Wulfranc (born 17 December 1956) is a French politician who has represented the 3rd constituency of the Seine-Maritime department in the National Assembly since 2017. A member of the French Communist Party, he sits as part of the Democratic and Republican Left group.[1][2]
