Gigi Tsereteli

George "Gigi" Tsereteli (born 23 February 1964, in Tbilisi, Georgia) is a member and former vice-speaker of the Parliament of Georgia and the president of Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe.^[1]
