Plot edit

The film begins with a clumsy cop & six thieves battling three antagonist tribes: Kotaiah & Co. & the Brahmam brothers. The groups fray and create mayhem in the city. Under SP's ordinance, Alibaba is under their giant dog, but they checkmate him. The teams possess two siblings, Poolan Devi & Pooja Bedi, whom they raised with a shower of love. Alibaba resides with his paternal head constable uncle, who dominates him because he gained the post on his recommendation & maternal aunt, Balamani, who has been awaiting the arrival of her absent husband, Ekalingam, for 50 years. Balamani upholds a diamond bestowed by Ekalingam of 2,500,000 (US$31,000), and she announces it to whoever brings his whereabouts. The two troops are mindful of it and ruse to steal by landing in Ekalingam's guise, but they get exposed.

Meanwhile SP is ready to suspend Alibaba because of its epic failure to catch the criminals. Still, he opens up a chance upon pleading to seize a fatal hooligan, Appaji, which terrifies Alibaba. Appaji, inspired by Poolan Devi, calls Kotaiah & co to engage when the Brahmam brothers proceed with Pooja Bedi's alliance. Whereat, the blackguard declares to knit the two, holding them at gunpoint. Knowing it, Poolan Devi & Pooja Bedi move to confront him. Alibaba cuts a deal with Appaji to get arrested for an hour and pretends to beat him on the pavement. Amidst this, the beauties crush on his bravo, and they both challenge him to splice. Due to hard luck, Alibaba's plan misfires since the department prisons Appaji in Tihar Jail, which enrages him, barking up the wrong tree, and he squares up with a vengeance.

Now, the burglars' scheme to unite their sisters with Alibaba to heist Balamani's diamond, too. Firstly, Pollan Devi snares Alibaba by faking an affair with him, and the SP forcibly couples them up. Alibaba is mindful that three of the six are Poolan Devi's elders approaching her home, but he is helpless. The same night, the remaining three artfully carry his first night with Pooja Bedi. Thus, Alibaba is struck between the two, questioning who his wife is. Forthwith, he rushes to SP but quiets out of penalty's scare. The two girls & sets intrude into Alibaba's house by clutching his uncle & aunt. From there, his life is hell with their torments, which ends hilariously.

Devastated Alibaba outbursts on SP accusing him of being the prime cause, but later regrets and sets foot for self-sacrifice. At that time, a saint in SP's play foretells Alibaba, said that he had a three-month lifespan and that, until then, he would not die to boast bravery. Here, Alibaba puts his brothers-in-law behind bars and accepts his two wives, discerning them dearly. Besides, Appaji absconds who is under the hunt of Alibaba, and he encounters him with no fear of death. However, after learning the fact, Alibaba flees and hides in prison. Appaji abducts his spouses and claims Balamani's diamond. At last, Alibaba acquits the six thieves, and they ceased Appaji. Finally, the movie ends comically with Alibaba fusing two queens and SP, affirming that it's not a diamond, just a British paperweight.
