1971 Humboldt State Lumberjacks football team

The 1971 Humboldt State Lumberjacks football team represented Humboldt State College during the 1971 NCAA College Division football season. Humboldt State competed in the Far Western Conference (FWC).[note 1]

  1. ^ The Northern California Athletic Conference (NCAC) was known as the Far Western Conference (FWC) from its founding in 1925 to 1982.
  2. ^ Southern Oregon University was known as Southern Oregon College from 1956 to 1974.
  3. ^ The official name of Cal Poly has been California Polytechnic State University since 1947. However, it is more commonly known as either Cal Poly San Luis Obispo or just Cal Poly.
  4. ^ San Francisco State University was known as San Francisco State College from 1935 to 1971.
